The conference will be held in Cuenca, Ecuador. Santa Ana de los cuatro ríos de Cuenca, the capital of the Azuay Province.

Cuenca is located in the highlands of Ecuador at about 2500 meters above sea level. The center of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage. Cuenca is easy to reach. Direct-flights from Quito and Guayaquil, or by van services from Guayaquil (http://www.operazuaytur.com/).
