The conference will be held at the Universidad Politécnica de Sinaloa (UPSIN) in Mazatlán, Mexico.
Mazatlán is located in the southern part of the State of Sinaloa. With an area of 3068.48 square kilometers, 5.3% of the total area of the State of Sinaloa, it is classified as the ninth largest municipality and includes smaller outlying communities such as Villa Unión, La Noria, El Quelite, and El Habal. City of Mazatlán is 10 m above sea level.

Conference's venue will be in the Universidad Politécnica de Sinaloa (UPSIN), which is a public institution of higher education belonging to the Polytechnic Universities subsystem located in the city of Mazatlan, Sinaloa.
