Presentation Submission


Format for the presentation consists of a pre-recorded video.
The format of the file should be .mp4 at 1080p, maximum file size 2 GB, and the length must be 12-13 minutes.

We will need a copy of your presentation by November 9, 2021.

Final Version Submission (Full paper)

SPIE copyright transfer form must be submitted with the final version of the manuscript.

SUBMIT YOUR FINAL VERSION
The Proceedings of SIPAIM will be published in the SPIE Digital Library (Indexed in Scopus and other important databases)

Manuscripts should be written in English with a length of 6 to 10 single-column pages, including all the elements of a full-length technical manuscript (abstract, introduction, conclusion, references, etc.)

Abstract Presentation


Format for the abstract presentation consists of a poster

Poster size is A0 landscape (841 mm x 1189 mm)

The file format must be pdf, and figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

You are invited to submit an abstract of your original work for presentation as a poster in the SIPAIM-SIIM joint conference

Abstracts should be a maximum of 500 words.

Poster abstracts will not be published in the SIPAIM Proceedings.
