Your manuscript must be written in English and follow the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings. It should be submitted in PDF format, with a maximum length of 4 pages, plus a 5th page allowed exclusively for references. Since the paper review process is single-blind, authors and affiliations must be included in the manuscript.

Your final version must:

• Use the IEEE conference template without changing margins, font sizes or spacing.
• Not exceed 4 double-column pages, plus a 5th page exclusively for references.
• Incorporate the reviewers' comments.
• Include the full names and affiliations of all authors. The author list cannot be changed without approval from the Program Chairs.
• Not include page numbers, headers or footers.
• Be a single PDF file with all fonts embedded.

1. Log in to CMT and open the Author Console.
2. Click "Create Camera Ready Submission" (or "Edit Camera Ready Submission" if you already submitted).
3. Check that the title, abstract and author information (names, organizations and countries) are correct.
4. Upload your final PDF, answer the required questions and click "Submit".

The IEEE copyright form is mandatory for publication in IEEE Xplore.

1. In the CMT Author Console, click "Submit IEEE Copyright Form".
2. Click the first "here" link to go to the IEEE Copyright website and complete the form.
3. Download the completed form as a PDF before leaving the IEEE site.
4. You will be redirected to the Author Console. Click "Submit IEEE Copyright Form" again, upload the PDF (1 file, max. 2 MB) and click "Save".

Important: completing the form on the IEEE website is not enough. The signed PDF must be uploaded to CMT.

If you completed the form but forgot to download it, use the second "here" link on the same CMT page.

At least one author must register for the conference before the registration deadline (see Registration) and present the paper in person and in English at SIPAIM 2026 (November 18-20, Lima, Peru). Papers that are not presented will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

The SIPAIM 2026 proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. In addition, the Program Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from submission and distribution if it is not presented by an author at SIPAIM 2026.
