Registration FEES

Paper Registration Policy
Each registration covers the presentation of one (1) accepted paper. At least one author per accepted paper must register. Authors with a second accepted paper pay an additional USD $100.

Researcher or professor with an active SIPAIM Society membership.

Postdoctoral researcher at any institution. SIPAIM members at postdoc level qualify for this rate.

Student
Graduate or undergraduate student presenting an accepted paper. Proof of enrollment required.

Second paper Add-on
Additional fee for authors registering a second accepted paper. Maximum of two (2) papers per author.
 $100 —
SIPAIM membership can be renewed or purchased during the registration process to qualify for the member rate.
Student verification: Proof of current enrollment must be submitted via the registration form. Without documentation, the Regular rate applies.
